Victor “Vic” Bullara brings to the Enterprise Coaching Group over 30 years’ experience in the human resources profession, including 19 years as a Western Regional Practice Leader for Ernst & Young, Development Dimensions International and McBer (now owned by Korn Ferry). In this capacity he implemented HR “best practices” and designed and delivered assessment, selection and leadership development programs at 21 Fortune 500 companies (including Delta Airlines, PepsiCo, Merck, Lilly, Boeing, Unisys, GE, UnitedHealth, Emerson and Chrysler to name just a few). In the 14 years prior to starting his own consulting, training and executive coaching business, Vic worked as Chief HR Officer for a technology company that grew from 7 employees to 350 and another, publicly traded technology company that was sold to Wipro (an $11 Billion NYSE listed technology services company). He was also Director of HR for HNTB, a $1 billion civil engineering and architecture firm. Vic has integrated competency based HR systems linking selection, assessment, development, succession planning and performance management to those competencies. He has interviewed close to 7,500 candidates and has trained another 3,500 leaders across a myriad of executive development topics.

Vic is passionate about helping companies develop a strong leadership bench by assessing and developing high performers and implementing succession planning. He helps boards, organizations and leaders 

accomplish breakthrough results. To turn passion into reality, he has developed leadership competencies for hundreds of companies and has assessed close to 1,000 leaders and helped them develop and implement personalized development plans to prepare them for advancement.

Vic has a degree in Psychology and Organizational Behavior from UCLA and taught HR courses at UCLA and UC Irvine for six years. He is a certified Executive, Master Coach and a Certified Winslow Dynamics Consultant. He is also a certified master trainer through Development Dimensions International. He currently works with boards of directors, incubators, accelerators and private equity firms to apply predictive analytics to their selection of chief executives and core team members in order to increase retention and peak performance. He is currently a mentor to executives in the UC Irvine Paul Merage (Graduate) School of Business, Executive MBA program. He is on the Advisory Board of Directors of Fast Start Studios (a business accelerator). He is also on the Board of a virtual reality content developer

Vic is a member of the Brain Based Leadership Academy and is very involved in efforts to understand the neuroscience of leadership. He is also an advocate of mindfulness based stressed reduction. He is a California native, married with two adult children and lives in Lake Forest, California.
